Moo Free Yoghurt

Moo Free Yoghurt

Moo-free Yoghurt

Infused with vanilla extract, this Moo- Free yoghurt is beyond simple . Most yoghurts are laden with sugar, I use stevia which comes from a plant so it won’t spike your blood sugars; in fact it actually helps to regulate blood-sugar levels. It can be bought in liquid or powder form. The sachets are very handy, but the drops work well in juices and sauces as they dissolve easily. Stevia is about 400 times sweeter than sugar: 1/2 teaspoon of stevia is equal to one cup of sugar. It may help you get you over the hump of giving up the demon sugar. Many health advocates recommend agave syrup, or agave nectar, as a healthy alternative to sugar. While this sounds healthy, they don’t inform you that it’s processed, high in fructose, is absorbed as sugar by the body and causes unwanted weight gain.

I make this for my granddaughter Ella when she visits and she just loves it. Infact, it's the first thing she asks for when she comes through the door. ❤️
