The Change Simply principals are in a nutshell the foundations of a health plan that changed my life. Fresh juice, clean water, some key foods and safe personal care have been the key to my success. As a mother who tried to reshape the life I was desperately trying to hold on to when I was diagnosed with cancer for a second time. Together with my family I went to hell and back, but I recovered and now feel healthier than ever. Why because I made a few simple changes to the way I live my life that would support my immune system. My story has its share of joy, passion, tenderness and triumphs. Health

Eating good food is a wonderfully pleasurable experience. However the biggest failing of the people of today’s developed world is that we turn this pleasure into junk / binge eating that can only serve to make us sick in the future. It seems ludicrous to me that we continue to overfeed ourselves and ignore the impact of this distinctly unhealthy Western diet on our health. Why do we continue to subject ourselves to the misery of the increasing epidemic of food related diseases?
Changing our eating habits may well be the biggest and most important challenge facing us, but one thing is for sure - long-term change is an absolute must. Nutritious food serves as an investment in the future and the best health insurance policy you can get your hands on. If changing your eating patterns brings about positive and obvious good effects on your body, then I say “Go for it”. This way at least you are back in the driving seat
