The Change Simply principals are in a nutshell the foundations of a health plan that changed my life. Fresh juice, clean water, some key foods and safe personal care have been the key to my success. As a mother who tried to reshape the life I was desperately trying to hold on to when I was diagnosed with cancer for a second time. Together with my family I went to hell and back, but I recovered and now feel healthier than ever. Why because I made a few simple changes to the way I live my life that would support my immune system. My story has its share of joy, passion, tenderness and triumphs. My 24 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and it rocked my world. I discovered Bernadette on the website when I was frantically looking for answers and immeditely bought her 2 books. We started out at first with just the juicing and getting a reverse Osmosis system in.Now we are sprouting and growing wheatgrass.Our lives have definitely changed for the better and Bernadette has been such a great support to us leading us in the right direction.We have also attended her seminar which was so informative.Her Book the 'Choice' lies on my kitchen window and is constantly in daily use.
